ORDER MANAGEMENT

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once placed, orders usually cannot be modified or canceled. Urgent modification requests must be sent to us at [email protected] before shipment processing. Post-dispatch cancellations may trigger restocking fees.

Tracking Your Order

We process orders within 24 hours, excluding international holidays. You will receive email confirmation when your order ships. Unshipped orders appear as Processing in your account dashboard. Shipped orders are marked Fulfilled with active tracking links. For multi-package shipments, separate tracking information will appear in your account and email notifications.

Global Delivery

We ship worldwide from regional distribution centers. Orders typically take 7–20 days to arrive.

Package Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received items: First, verify the accuracy of your shipping address, then check with neighbors, and finally request carrier resolution. If the problem still exists, contact us within 24 hours. We're not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and regional payment options displayed at checkout. Promo codes must be applied during purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. Note that promotions exclude taxes, shipping fees, and protection plans. We do not adjust prices on completed orders.
